David Sherry

David Sherry has held senior executive level positions with top 100 companies leading strategic business units and overseeing a broad range of business functions including operations, finance and administration, and business development. Mr. Sherry has extensive experience leading diverse groups of people to achieve organizational goals and objectives, as well as developing and executing corporate strategic plans. Throughout his career, he has served as a trusted business adviser to small and emerging businesses, and has extensive experience mentoring and coaching staff at all levels of organizations, including executives. Mr. Sherry has extensive experience in organizational assessment and implementing streamlined process improvement to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

His experience includes both domestic and international engagements, with special expertise in US federal government contracting. In addition, Mr. Sherry’s international experience includes conducting business in the United Kingdom, Europe, China, and East Africa. In 2012, Mr. Sherry cofounded ODA Global, an organizational development and management-consulting firm. Prior to that time, he held executive level positions with Raytheon, Hughes Aircraft, Litton Industries, MEDTAP International, and Danya International. He is the current President and CEO of General Business Strategies (GenBiz), providing strategic and management consulting services. He earned a B.A. and a master's degree in administration from the University of Maryland, and has served as board member and officer for non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Lisa Levy

Lisa Levy is an accomplished consultant in executive and organizational performance, with a broad range of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Her consulting work focuses on executive coaching, management and leadership development, multi-rater feedback systems, managing complex change, interpersonal and organizational communication, team building, strategic planning and goal setting, and building an organizational climate of integrity, motivation, and productivity. The focus of the consultation is to strengthen the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral competence of emerging leaders. Among her clients are the Federal Reserve Board, National Gallery of Art, Danya International Corporation, the U. S. General Accounting Office, and American University. Her recent projects include working with SES officers to communicate difficult performance issues to employees, coaching a CEO, and strategic planning for individual divisions of an agency.

In January 2000, Lisa Levy retired from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System after serving as the head of Executive and Management Development and Organization Development. Previous to the Board, Ms. Levy was the director of the Center for Professional Development at American University. In that capacity, she co-created and implemented numerous graduate-level professional programs. Her accomplishments include the Master of Science in Human Resources, the Master of Science in Organization Development, the Master of Science in Information Systems, and the Master of Science in Public Communication.

Wendy Luke

Wendy Luke helps create and build healthy organizations and has mentored and coached managers, vice presidents and c-suite executives, implementing long-term solutions to put the right people, in the right jobs, doing the right things. Ms. Luke’s career experience includes leading human resource organizations, turning around multi-million dollar corporations, and serving as a key member of leadership teams to achieve organizational goals. She has consulted with diverse organizations across industries and market segment which include the Smithsonian Institution, Northrop Grumman, Verizon, International Spy Museum, National Children's Museum, Catholic Charities USA, Institute for Social and Economic Development, National Council of LaRaza, Garden Club of America, National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, National Museum of the United States Army, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, and a number of privately held companies.

Ms. Luke co-founded Weil & Associates in 1990 and presents as a subject matter expert on human resources management issues and strategies for organizations such as ASAE, Johns Hopkins University, George Washington University, American Association of Museums, and ArtTable. She serves on boards of various educational, for-profit, and non-profits organizations around the country.
